Jamie is a Principal at WJS with over 8 years of sustainable building consulting experience. Jamie specializes in investment-ready building energy analysis throughout the entire building lifecycle. He collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and owners to balance project constraints with design goals.
Seth Dworkin, PhD, P.Eng, FCSME
Co-Founder and Director
Seth Dworkin is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University. He is an expert in engineering computation and sustainable energy systems. Since 2013, he has been assisting clients in planning, projecting, diagnosing, and optimizing hybrid sustainable building energy systems.
Wey Leong, PhD, P.Eng
Co-Founder and Advisor
Wey Leong is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University. His work focuses on modelling and simulating thermal systems, ground thermal energy storage, and heat pump systems. Since the 1990’s, he has been working in the building system design field in both an industry and academic capacity.

Associate Principal
Brent has nearly a decade of experience delivering innovative, sustainable real estate projects across North America. He blends deep energy‑systems expertise with clear, outcome‑focused communication that helps clients make confident decisions. He advises developers, owners, and asset managers on how sustainability can strengthen their business case.
